What an active event means
An active event is one that can send requests and reminders and accept vendor submissions. Once the event is over you keep read-only access to everything collected for it — the readiness list, the documents, and the full history — at no further cost.

What is deliberately not included
OneHappening does one job. It does not sell tickets, register attendees, lay out floor plans, process payments or replace your accounting. If you already have tools for those, keep them — this is built to sit beside them.
Early pilots
We are working directly with a small number of organisers while the product settles. If you run a market, festival or fair and would like help importing your vendor list and setting up your requirements, start an event and reply to the welcome email — we will do the setup with you.
